1. What is Gemsthetix?
Gemsthetix is a skincare brand rooted in the belief that people are like gemstones—formed uniquely through heat and pressure. Our mission is to promote skin health, confidence, and self-expression through thoughtful, non-toxic skincare.
2. Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Our serums are fragrance-free, non-toxic, and crafted with gentle, effective ingredients. However, every skin type is different. We recommend patch testing before full use.
3. Are Gemsthetix products natural?
Our formulas include naturally derived and clinically studied ingredients. We do not add synthetic fragrances or harmful preservatives, and each ingredient is selected with care.
4. Do you test on animals?
No. Gemsthetix is 100% cruelty-free. We do not test on animals or sell in regions where animal testing is required.
5. Where are your products made?
All products are made in the United States using high-quality, ethically sourced ingredients.
6. Can I use these products if I'm under 18?
HydraX, ReviveX, and ClarifyX may be used by minors. However, we encourage consulting a guardian or licensed professional before use, especially for younger users.
7. How do I know which serum is right for me?
A skin quiz will soon be available to help you decide. In the meantime, each product page includes detailed ingredient spotlights and skin type recommendations.
8. Do your products treat or cure skin conditions?
Our products are cosmetic and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. For medical concerns, consult a licensed dermatologist.
9. Are your products vegan?
Yes. All current Gemsthetix serums are formulated without animal-derived ingredients.
10. Are your products gluten-free?
Our serums do not contain gluten-based ingredients, but they are not certified gluten-free. Please consult your healthcare provider if you have a gluten sensitivity or allergy.
11. Where do you ship?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working toward expanding internationally soon.
12. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location.
13. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions—sign up for emails to stay informed.
14. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can use that link to follow your shipment in real time.
15. Can I make changes to my order after it’s placed?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us at info@gemsthetix.com and we’ll do our best to help. Once shipped, changes are not possible.
16. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to hygiene and product safety, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges at this time.
17. What should I do if my package arrives damaged or is missing?
Please email us at info@gemsthetix.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos (if applicable), and we’ll assist you right away.
18. Do you ship to PO Boxes or military addresses?
Yes, we do ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
19. Do you offer expedited shipping?
Not at this time. We currently offer standard shipping only, but we’re working on more options in the future.
20. I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I fix it?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, please contact us immediately at info@gemsthetix.com. Once shipped, we are unable to reroute packages.
